The Nanny Exchange is a family-based business and was established in 1993, during a time when there were few agencies in the field. Jill and Betty Newham founded the agency and began educating the public about the wonderful advantages a nanny can provide to families seeking top-notch in home childcare. This mother daughter duo created this boutique agency that has vastly grown. The Nanny Exchange offers same-day service! All family applications received by noon will start receiving candidates via email by 4 p.m.! The average placement takes about one week from start to finish, and we will be by your side the whole way to make sure we are sending you the right candidates, and eventually, the perfect person to help your household. We will stand by your family for the first three months following placement to guarantee you have made the best choice in your caregiver. All of our placements come with a free 90-day guarantee should the first candidate you hire just not work out. Finding the right fit for you and your family is the number one goal!

I am going to recommend The Nanny Exchange to all of my friends! Finding a nanny was a big decision for our family and we could not have done it as well as The Nanny Exchange. After getting to know us, they hand-picked out nannies for us to bring into our home and interview. We even got to see video's of the nannies before deciding wether we wanted to interview them or not. The bio of the nannies that they sent over was extremely thorough and complete. If I ever need another nanny, i am going to use this agency!!
Description of Work: My husband and I needed a nanny/house manager for our 3 children. They referred us to a fantastic gal who gets the children to school and back, takes care of the little one while the others are in school, light house work, and even makes dinner on occasion! I do not know how our busy family used to function without our nanny. The Nanny Exchange did a complete check on the nanny to make sure we were getting the best person for our family in more ways then one including background, personality, interests, and more! Our nanny is the complete package!
