Home Depot came to my house to measure for 5 doors.  I ordered 4. 
ALL of the doors were the incorrect size.  One was an inch too long and had to be sent back and.he other 3 were off between 1/2 -  3/4 inch - so my installers had to spend an entire day per door just to get them to fit. (Please note I waited MONTHS for these doors and was not prepared to wait another 3 months ...)
 I ended up paying three times what my installers quoted due to the incompetence and 'professional' measuring service of of Home Depot in Carefree.
The worst part was when I complained, and asked to get the instal of a 5th door done for free by Home Depot - they refused.  Home Depot stated "If I used their installers, this would not have been a problem, they would have installed them for the given price". So basically, Home Depot are using their own incompetence to force people into using their (also incompetent) installers.   Shocking.
I would not recommend Home Depot in Carefree and will not be using them again. 

I would use them again.

Their price is competitive than anybody else and their quality is great. They are very professional.

I think they are great.  I would recommend friends and family to deal with them.

The people working it in the actual store are great and very helpful and this report does not reflect them at all. My problem is with their contractors that are supposed to install or deliver are awful to deal with and this reflects on the overall customer service. A few years ago I bought a dishwasher and refrigerator. Both items showed up dented and the contractor offered me a discount, which I refused. Recently I purchased a door and I never heard from the contractor to install the door. Repeated calls to the store for a service I payed for is not professional. Lesson learned! I will no longer use Home Depot to deliver or install any large items--Lowes is far better and more professional when it comes to this service.

The employees from The Home Depot were excellent. They use a local manufacturer. I like that the product is pure wood. They followed through with me and were pretty responsive. They were very much on time. They answered all of my questions and were very flexible. They communicated well and I was pleased with their service.

They had subcontracted a group of people who didn t even speak English and we had a hard time communicating. They also left a big mess behind, I counted over 20 nails in the pool which they had just thrown away when they were on the roof, it was quite a mess.

I like the fact that they were very prompt and they were very professional. They did a good job building the new frame and the garage door works great. I am very happy with the service they provide for me. The price was a bit high, but the quality was great.

THEY HAD THE BEST PRICE OF THE CEILING FANS AND IT WAS A HIGH CEILING SO IT WAS GREAT NOT TO BE WORRIED ABOUT INSTALLING IT MYSELF. THE INSTALLATION MAN WAS VERY KIND AND PROFESSIONAL.

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. WAITED 15 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ME. WAITED 15 MORE MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE JOB, WHILE TALKING WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. WAS TOLD TO PAY AT RETURNS DESK RATHER THAN GOING THRO THE REGULAR CHECK-OUT AGAIN. NO ONE WAS AT THE RETURNS DESK.

HOME DEPOT WAS RELIABLE, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORKERS WERE VERY THOROUGH. A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB.

THE DESIGNER AND HER COWORKERS WERE EXCEPTIONALLY RESPONSIVE WHEN WE HAD DIFFICULTY WITH SUB-CONTRACTORS. THEY FOLLOWED UP AND HELP TO RESOLVE ISSUES.
