All went well. Just cleaned and oiled grandfather clock

They actually came out to the house and fixed the grandfather clock and took the cuckoo clock with them. They were very professional. They did an excellent job. They explained everything that they were doing. I was very interested in how they did everything. They reset the phase of the moon and what we had on the grandfather clock. It was just a very experience altogether.

Not well at all. They kept my clock all summer and i had it in and out of there a half dozen times. when i finally did get it back i had to take to another clock repair service to resolve the additional issues they caused. It looks like there is no team work or cooperation. the one guy who serviced my clock obviously never determined the correct diagnosis and the rest of the staff just watched him fail.

He came out and explain every detail of the clock provide us instructions on how to set and maintain the clock. We had questions a week later and we called him and he returned our call the same day and helped us.

They were excellent. The guys down there are just really really nice. They were courteous. I highly recommend them on all things except for time. They took a few weeks to get it done.

Turned out it was a 35-year old counterfeit and just needed a new battery. Oh, well.....

They had it running, but when I got home and set up, it wouldn't start. When I took it back to them, the same thing happened again. After I took it to a different shop, I found out the pendulum was not hung right and the clock had been over wound.

Excellent service! I had all three watch batteries replaced and went looking for a suprise gift for my girlfriend. A younger gentleman there recommended one and it ended up being exactly what I was looking for!

The experience was very brief. Not much to say.

Clock Doctors are very knowledgeable and I have used them in the past to service my grandfather clock, which is over 20 years old and my cuckoo clock. They were on time, professional and the service was excellent. The service I received exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of clock repair. I had a small problem about a week later and the gentlemen helped me over the phone to solve the problem.

Our clock stopped working a few months ago. I really like the clock and didn't want to replace it. I bought a kit at a craft store and tried to fix the clock myself, but instead just bent the hands on the clock and couldn't get it to work. I'm so glad The Clock Doctor could fix it, and it only took about 20 minutes - they fixed it while I waited. I was very happy with the work.

Wonderful experience with this company, there are not a lot of companys to choose from for this is a dying trade.

in modern times, i did not expect a 3 generation watch repair family.

UPON DROP-OFF, THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, & GAVE ME A FIRM ESTIMATE & A FIRM DATE FOR PICK-UP. THEY CALLED ME PRIOR TO THE PICK-UP DATE & TOLD ME THAT THE REPAIR WAS DONE. IT WAS REPAIRED EARLIER THAN THE ESTIMATE, THE ESTIMATE WAS THE EXACT AMOUNT CHARGED & THE WORK WAS DONE WITHOUT DAMAGE TO THE ARTWORK. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.

THEY HAD TO REPLACE THE CHIMES ON A GRANDFATHER CLOCK WHICH WERE LOST IN TRANSIT. THEY PUT ON CHIMES FROM A DIFFERENT CLOCK, WHICH WERE NOT THE SAME AS THOSE LOST AND CHARGED A RIDICULOUSLY HIGH PRICE. EVENTUALLY, IT LED TO A LEGAL DECISION IN MY FAVOR AS THEY ACTED VERY DISHONESTLY AND MADE NO EFFORT TOWARDS RESTITUTION.

REPAIR COMPLETED ON TIME. DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. GREAT WARRANTY.

THE SALESMAN THAT WE WORKED WITH, WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. HE CAME OUT TO OUR HOUSE AND REPAIRED THE CLOCK AND CLEANED IT. I HAVEN'T GOTTEN A CLOCK REPAIRED BEFORE, BUT I FELT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. HE PAID CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND GAVE US INFORMATION THAT WAS HELPFUL FOR US TO MAINTAIN IT IN GREAT WORKING ORDER.

VERY GOOD WATCH AND CLOCK REPAIR SHOP. FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. THE WATCH WAS FIXED WHEN PROMISED AND HAS WORKED GREAT SINCE. I HAVE ALSO USED THEM FOR BATTERY REPLACEMENT & WATCH BANDS.
