 + -1 moreThe transaction was very smooth. Once we found a property, we closed 18 days after the contract was fully accepted, and the loan documents arrived at title four days before the closing. It was a great experience with no drama, and Ted kept everyone involved in the transaction up to speed at all times. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I would recommend Ted Overton to any other realtor or homebuyer.
Description of Work: Ted provided a mortgage for my buyers (I am a realtor). He started by pre-qualifying the buyers, and ultimately provided mortgage financing for my buyers’ home purchase. He was accurate, thorough and professional, and stayed in close contact with me and the buyers throughout the entire transaction.
