Cooking Classes
We had 14 of us in the class with a total of 7 dishes to prepare, so we paired up and each team of 2 prepared one of the dishes. A combination of vegetarian, pork, beef and tofu dishes were prepared and after complete, we had a buffet style setting where white and red wine was served and everyone had a chance to sample everything prepared. Linda was awesome and she had two assistants, Pat and Pat who also assisted the cooking teams with answering questions and washing pots, pans and utensils.

Cooking Classes
They had all the cooking equipments like pans and everything else. I made some five or six different things. It was fun. They were professional and it was a useful experience. They gave a lot of information and it was a nice environment. The prices were fair.
