Mark was referred by another garage door company that I had used before. They were not able to service the door for two days. They referred Mark, owner of Superstition Garage Door.
I called Mark who promptly answered the phone in a professional manner. I was encouraged that Mark answered the phone and I could speak to the person who was going to repair the door.
While on the phone he asked what problem I was experiencing, took all my contact information and said he could be at my home in 30 minutes.
WOW! In thirty minutes.
Less than thirty minutes later Mark arrives at my home.
He examines the garage door's broken spring. Goes to his well equipped clean truck for the parts he needs to repair the door.
About forty minutes later, the repair is completed and I can park my car in the garage.
From the time I called Mark and he answered his phone and spoke to me, then repaired the door, was just a little over an hour.
Now that's what I call excellent service.
The service I received was prompt, profession, and affordable.

He was fast, polite, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. He was a great worker and did a lot around the house outside of the garage.

He did a great job. He put up plastic so dust wouldn't get all over my house and cleaned up well inside and out. It was a great price and the windows look beautiful. He does front doors, handicap doors, and gate operators as well.

They were excellent and they responded quickly. They provided the service on the same day. They were upfront at what they were going to do. There were no hidden fees.
