AT THE TIME WE PURCHASED THE HOUSE, WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE READY IN 7 TO 8 MONTHS. THIS WAS A MAIN REASON WE BOUGHT FROM THIS BUILDER. THE HOME WASN'T READY FOR 1 YEAR FROM WHEN WE BOUGHT IT. THEY HIRE LABOR WHICH AREN'T THE TOP OF THEIR CRAFTS. THEY DO SHABBY WORK & IT IS APPARENT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. ONCE THE HOUSE IS BUILT, THE GUY YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH FOR THE WALK THROUGH IS RESPONSIVE & NICE. THE SERVICE REP WAS ALSO NICE & RESPONSIVE FOR THE 3-MONTH FOLLOW-UP. OUR SALESPERSON WAS ALSO KIND & RESPONSIVE.
