 + -1 moreShe organized everything and was willing to schedule full implementation with her crew, or allowed us to hire her crew for only the more sophisticated aspects of the project. She was available and very helpful for follow up questions on design aspects, irrigation, lighting, and plant selection. She helped us achieve what we wanted at a very reasonable price, on our time schedule and under budget. She was pleasant to work with and we are very pleased with the outcome. A pleasant person, as well as a professional landscape designer and planner who we will use again and refer to others. A life saver who salvaged our summer!
Description of Work: Diane Droze accepted the challenge to step in and replace a previous contractor (Troy Bankord,) who defaulted on his commitment to complete our back garden by June 2006. She came to our site, developed a modified plan, within two weeks and reviewed design ideas and plant suggestions with us. She delivered a plan with a custom look that gave us color and interest with plants that will thrive in AZ. She incorporated many of our existing plants and suggested new material only as needed, to achieve her and our design objectives. Consequently, she helped us achieve our objectives and saved us considerable time and money. She contributed numerous very good ideas that were striking and not too expensive. Her cost estimates were accurate and there were no surprises. She scheduled her crew to fully implement the project in a less than a week after we had waited for Troy Bankord for four months.

 + -1 moreSUN ENVIRONMENTS CAN DO EXCELLENT WORK. THE PROBLEMS WE ENCOUNTERED WERE WITH THEIR OFFICE PERSONNEL. THEY WERE DISCOURTEOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL OVER THE PHONE. THEY FAILED TO COORDINATE THE CONTRACTS WHICH LED TO SOME OF THE WORK NOT BEING PERFORMED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. THEIR PRICES ARE VERY HIGH. I USED THEM ONLY BECAUSE THEY WERE THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPER OF MY BUILDER.
Description of Work: LANDSCAPED MY CURRENT HOME AND THE HOME I AM BUILDING.
