 + -1 moreThey took care of getting my car to the transmission shop. They were very timely, communicative, and did a very good job at explaining every step of the way. To have the transmission rebuilt and replace the clutch took a little less than a week. It is an older transmission so they had to order some parts from out of state. It runs great now!

 + -1 moreThe service was very prompt, ready when promised, and completed professionally. The mechanic caught a potential future issue with my steering system as well as my A/C compressor. He recommended that I keep an eye on specifics, but that it wasn't necessary to have this (expensive) services performed yet. He suggested that it may be time to consider replacing the vehicle to avoid age-related and expensive issues to appear.
Description of Work: Checked and/or replaced brakes and shocks on my SUV.

 + -1 moreI took my car four times in only two weeks to get this checked. They always said that nothing was wrong with it, but the last time they finally did find the problem and fixed it. I'm glad they fixed it though.
Description of Work: The transmission was giving me trouble with my 2003 Mercury Sable, so they finally fixed it. They didn t replace it. They just fixed it. It was covered by the warranty.

 + -1 moreThey are good about finding the problem & fixing it the same day, but the only thing I've notice is they over change on the parts. I called the dealership before & priced out some parts, they seem to charge an additional 20% or 30%. I still highly recommend them because of their efficient service, But you defiantly pay for it.
Description of Work: A subtle "thump" while at stop at light. They found and fixed the problem. It was a spark plug gone bad. They also changed the oil & replaced the ac belt & ignition coil.
