+ -1 moreGray Kramer came out and gave me a written estimate and explained all my questions and even some that I didn't know enough to ask about. When the work was done, they showed up on time and was very professional. They were completed when they said they would be and did a great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: had new 3.5 ton heat pump installed on roof and some new duct work done as well as new face plates on all of my vents.

+ -1 moreSUN COUNTRY WAS VERY FAIR WITH THE PRICE WE PAID FOR THE A/C UNIT. THEY WERE PROMPT WITH SERVICE. THE COMPANY CALLED TO BE SURE THERE WERE NO CONCERNS REGARDING GETTING THE CRANE INTO PLACE FOR INSTALLING THE NEW UNIT. (WE LIVE ON A SMALL CUL-DE-SAC). OVERALL A GREAT SERVICE.
Description of Work: REMOVAL OF OLD A/C GROUND UNIT AND REPLACEMENT WITH NEW A/C ROOF UNIT. WE WERE GIVEN A LARGE SELECTION OF NEW UNITS TO CHOOSE FROM. SUN COUNTRY INSTALLED NEW DUCT WORK FOR MAJOR LIVABLE SPACE. NEW DISCONNECT WITH FUSES ON ROOF, ROOF JACK, NEW THERMOSTAT, CONDENSATE DRAIN LINE, SUPPLY & RETURN AIR ATTIC DUCT RISERS, REPLACED ATTIC FLEX DUCT WITH NEW MYLAR COVERED FLEX, USE OF RECOVERY MACHINE ON EXISTING UNIT, UPGRADED RETURN AIR FILTER TO LARGER, ISOLATION PADS UNDER A/C, CRANE SERVICE, REMOVED OLD EQUIPMENT, START UP AND TEST.
