No work performed. Called and left voice mail message for their residential estimates for new HVAC unit on my home. No one bothered to return calls.

Gray Kramer came out and gave me a written estimate and explained all my questions and even some that I didn't know enough to ask about. When the work was done, they showed up on time and was very professional. They were completed when they said they would be and did a great job of cleaning up. I would highly recommend them.

SUN COUNTRY WAS VERY FAIR WITH THE PRICE WE PAID FOR THE A/C UNIT. THEY WERE PROMPT WITH SERVICE. THE COMPANY CALLED TO BE SURE THERE WERE NO CONCERNS REGARDING GETTING THE CRANE INTO PLACE FOR INSTALLING THE NEW UNIT. (WE LIVE ON A SMALL CUL-DE-SAC). OVERALL A GREAT SERVICE.
