Sun America Pools

The vacuum was circling to the right and wasn't covering the whole pool. I called them on a Sunday and got a call from them the next morning that they would be sending a guy out that afternoon. He came that afternoon and replaced the whole thing. He has also given me his e-mail so that I could contact him anytime I had questions. I never had a pool built in before and there are a lot of products with so many dials for various things like water fountains and the hot tub and others. It was something that I couldn't remember. I e-mailed him and he sent me back a little schematic sketch to tell me how to use it. I am really happy with the guy. There was another thing that showed his honesty. We had gone for the cheaper Pebble Tech surface for the inside of the pool. A week before he was to do the job he called me and asked whether I would like the most expensive one installed. He told me that it was for free because Pebble Tech wanted them to use the product on several of our pools. He could have made some money but the guy was outright. The quality of the work was great. He had first come with a couple of pool designs that are quite common, but he was willing to sit down with my wife, who is an art teacher, and they made their own pool shape. He had his own designs but was willing to work with my wife and implement her ideas.

We are really happy. It was a great price. They were very personable and professional. They went above and beyond. We have grown to be personal friends out of this service and I would highly recommend them.
