A fine job. Excellent customer service and supervision. Very responsive to my questions. The crew was fast, careful and left the worksite tidy. We have been pleased to recommend them several times already.

Scheduling the quote was on time and John was very timely in response to quote questions. They took a lot of pictures of the damage, repair and end result. They matched roof tile color to mitigate new tiles vs. our current (aged) tile colors by moving tiles around to where they wouldn't be seen. We still can't tell where they removed tiles and replaced cracked tiles with our extra tiles provided by us vs. tiles they found from another source.
Two minor complaints - the wood used to replace our patio structure was great quality, but didn't match the rough cut finish of the original wood. Not a deal breaker. Second note - we had a big rainstorm 2 days after the repari and the rain gutter wasn't attached correctly - we had a little waterfall from our roof. We were happy with the timing of our repair ( at least 2 days before our insurance called us - we had a serious rain storm yesterday, and the insurance guy will be here the day after tomorrow. We would have had serious water damage...).
We would recommend this company for roof repair - LOVED the photos that they took and they had great response to all of our phone and email requests.

Great. They were easy to reach and responded quickly by phone and email. They were prompt and very professional. They provided multiple photographs of all of the involved areas before the quote and also after the work was done.

The project went perfect. The crews arrived on time and completed the project before mid afternoon. During the project, the Summit Crews took pictures of what they found and repaired during the project,  including the cracked tiles, debris in the rain gutters/flashing. The crews included pictures of the completed projectAll in all, I could not have had a better repair experience. In my opinion,Summit Roofing provided service exactly the way a company should. I wish everyone the same experience that I had.
