Property Appraisal
I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASE WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE WE RECEIVED FROM STERLING. THEY COMPLETED OUR APPRAISAL SOON AFTER WE WENT TO CONTRACT ON THE HOUSE, SO AS TO NOT DELAY OUR CLOSING. THEY USED VARIOUS METHODS, BOTH COST APPROACH AND COMPARISON APPROACH TO DETERMINE THE VALUE OF OUR HOME. THE REPORT WE RECEIVED WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH, INCLUDING DRAWINGS AND PICTURES.
