+ -1 moreTHEY WAITED UNTIL THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE NEW HOME WAS FINISHED TO START MY LOAN PROCESS. HAD THEY CALLED ME 60 DAYS PRIOR MAYBE I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET A LOWER RATE. SINCE THAT DID NOT HAPPEN I HAD TO GO WITH ANOTHER LENDER AND LOST $5000 INCENTIVE. I HAD ALREADY PAID $300 FOR THE APPRAISAL, BUT THEY WOULD NOT MAIL ME THE REPORT UNTIL I PAID THE EXTRA $75 DOLLARS. EVEN AFTER I OVER-NIGHTED THE CHECK THEY STILL TOOK ANOTHER DAY TO GIVE ME THE REPORT.
Description of Work: IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET MY COMPLETE NEW HOME INCENTIVE, I WAS TO USE THIS COMPANY TO GET MY LOAN.
