BUYER BEWARE!! They took our money for 3 defective appliances...2 dishwashers & 1 stove. They sent out, in our opinion, many poorly-trained (or untrained) repairmen who replaced parts while telling us the appliances worked fine. We were treated rudely and with the utmost of disrespect as well as accused of requesting unneeded repairs! Were that true, why would they continue to replace expensive parts on appliances that were working properly??? Eventually, after a tremendous amount of repair calls and a tremendous amount of wasted time (remember, you have to stop your life and be available for up to 4 hours on the day of the repair!), they begrudgingly replaced all 3 appliances. They also took our money for a 4th appliance, another stove, that after 6 years of repair calls for the same issues, still refused to replace it! We were treated as tho it were our fault that we were unlucky enough to end up with 4 defective appliances! We had to involve our salesperson nearly every step of the way, or we would never have gotten repairs as Centurion, their Extended Warranty Company, kept saying the appliances were in no need of repair. In 2013, our fridge died, and we were desperate, so we called our salesperson and bought one over the phone...we're really not stupid to keep buying from them; we were just desperate as we had a freezer full of food! In late July, 2016, we had excessive water in the veggie bin and called for a repair. They sent out an apparently poorly-trained repairman who had no clue. He also checked out the freezer. They gave us a repair date 10 days away!!! Suddenly, we had freezer frost in our freezer! Interesting timing... The same repairman came back and used his dirty fingernails to scrape the freezer frost into our ice bin, then wiped our floor with a dirty rag, rinsed it and wiped more freezer frost! DISGUSTING!! We sent our salesman an email saying we would not let this Neanderthal back in our home! He called us to say that they just couldn't seem to make us happy, (Well, Duh!!) so they were going to replace the fridge and refund our money for the extended warranty. (FYI, we wrote a detailed summary of our history with Spencer's to not only the Operations Mgr., but the V.P. who is a Spencer family member). No response...and certainly no apologies! They replaced it a month ago on Aug.1. When we then discovered THE BRAND NEW FRIDGE had similar issues, we had no choice but to call the Operations Manager as our salesman was on vacation. He did not want to repair it, but wanted to refund our Invoice from 2013... what a guy...it would only cost us $260 + tax more than in 2013 for the new model! And they would pick up the new fridge. Of course we refused as it was a ludicrous offer! We are currently awaiting repairs from a factory-authorized repairman. Also, it did take us writing one last email to our salesman 3 weeks after the offer of the refund of our warranty price to have a check cut and mailed. RUN TO HOME DEPOT OR BEST BUY!!! Their prices are comparable and, in our opinion, their Service couldn't possibly be as bad as Spencer's! (BTW, we had no choice but to give them 1 star as zero stars are not offered!)

For both the purchase of the Bed in January of 2015 and purchases in 2014 that consisted of a complete kitchen and later a UHD TV, the service has been excellent. Spencers will price match anything you purchase but I have never found the need to go perform review of pricing around the valley, Spencers seems to have already done that. Service for us has always been excellent, we have always used Blake but believe we would have had the same experience with anyone, and delivery and set up has been completed according to the agreed upon plan. We had one problem with a wine cooler we purchased which the installers fixed but the fix didn't stick. Blake went out of his way to engage a specific specialist from their service supplier who no only fixed the problem but spent over an hour with us afterwords going over all of the appliances we had purchased making sure we understood all the function and how to maintain them so they would last a  maximum amount of time.
I would be hard pressed to buy product elsewhere. I like the selection, I like the staff and I like spending my money in a local business.

Amazing price.  Great followup on a minor issue.  Two years later still no issues.  Great local company.  Would buy from them again, but appliances so reliable that that won't be for a while!  Lucky to have such a good, solid company with capable sales and service people.

Salesman was very helpful.  After I pointed out that I could get the same appliances for less money elsewhere from a competitor, the salesman made an adjustment to satisfy me.  Delivery was prompt.  I called the following week after delivery for an adjustment to the refrigerator door.  I was given an appointment within that week.  The men came out promptly and made the adjustment to my satisfaction.

In store experience was excellent.  Delivery and installation was also very good except installers left all paperwork inside the dishwasher when they ran it through the first cycle.

It went pretty well. For the most part, I was satisfied with the turn around and information as far as some specifics of how appliances work. I guess I wasn't satisfied with the answers and expectations with the dishwasher that didn't performed as I expected. There was some damage to one of the ovens that I didn't get a follow through as I expected.

They did an excellent job.  We check their prices and they were comparable or less.  Very professional at every juncture.  The installers used by them were all very loyal and professional.  All clean-up their work and were timely on the schedules.  We would use them and recommend them to our friends. Sales were helpful not pushy.  They responded to all our questions right a way. Very very pleased with them.

the job began 11-7 and was completed 11-26.  all issues that were questioned were resolved.  Since I did not know what to expect; the job could have been easier on me if I had more guidence.  CAUTION:  if you decied to have additional work done---it is a separate job and even though Spencers used them on a job in your house---they may not provide you the same quality work as they did when working under the Spencers name.

Excellent job from start to finish.

They are an appliance store here in Scottsdale.  They have a couple of others in the area but Scottsdale is the one that we use.  Spencer's was fine.  I have used them before and I am relatively happy with them. I think you get reasonable prices and good service.  They will be pretty much all A's.

It was a painless sales experience. The guys who delivered everything were very professional, and they knew what they were doing. Nothing was broken in transit or upon assembly, so they did a good job. I would use this provider again.
