I was referred to this company as the supplier for a Wolf cook-top that was being sent from the factory as a warranty exchange for my unit. The person I dealt with was helpful and answered my calls when needed. It took about three weeks to get the cook-top as it went out during the holidays and right after the shipment left the factory(needed to wait an extra week for the next shipment). When it arrived a technician called and said they bring it right away and install. They showed up in a half hour and installed it in about 20 minutes. The techs were extremely nice and finished the job quickly. No quote had been given by them prior to the arrival, another company had quoted a lower price, ($125 compared to $205), we were okay with paying it because of the quick service.
