Description of Work: I have used Sparkletime in the past and have been satisfied. However, this time I called and they returned my call once and I was unavailable I tried a few more times to contact them and they did not call me back. I gave them the option of setting an appointment using my email, but that also failed. I am very disappointed at the lack of communication.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job. They take their time and are meticulous. They make sure there are no water marks running down the windows, and the windows really shine once they're done. I would recommend them.
