Rob is very professional, and very customer-oriented. His company had installed my complete system. At one point he had sold his business, and the company that had purchased the business was unsatisfactory. A few years later he once again opened the business and is working the business with just family members. The most recent work required two trips to the house because it turned out that the wire had been damaged in the wall, and they needed to switch to another pair of wires. (The initial installation had 4-wire runs that prevented the wiring from needing to be restrung.) Rob and his brother were on time and the work has solved the problem.
