Was on time, finished within 30 minutes. Even removed all their trash. TV was set up and ready to entertain.

SHOWCASE IS A CLASS ACT. THEY SELL GREAT QUALITY MERCHANDISE AND THEY HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION FOR QUALITY WORK. THE UNIT CAME IN ON TIME AND WAS DELIVERED, SET UP AND THE WORKERS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THE WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY, PROMPT WITH THE DELIVERY AND THEY FOLLOWED UP TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE. I ALWAYS TELL OUR FRIENDS TO SHOP AT THIS STORE BASED ON OUR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB SELLING ME WHAT THEY FELT I NEEDED, AND ONE PERSON DID DRAW A DIAGRAM EXPLAING HOW TO HOOK UP MY SYSTEM. BUT NOT ALL IS WELL. I CALLED FOR HELP, AND ALL I RECEIVED WAS RUNNING OF THE MOUTH. THEY COULD CARE LESS IF I WAS FUSTRATED, ALL THEY COULD SAY 'IT WILL COST AN EXTRA $500.00 FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND HELP YOU.' I FIGURE THEY MADE ENOUGH ON BOTH VISITS.
