We entered the store just seeking professional advice regarding repair of our sewing machine. (We expected to receive it and to be treated well based on the fact that this store was an and quot;Aand quot; listing on Angie's list). We were not disappointed. Their and quot;machine manand quot; Martin, gave us his time, efforts and advice. He answered all of our questions in a manner that made us feel comfortable with his knowledge and confident in his recommendations. We shopped for some items before leaving and were treated like we had been repeat customers for decades! The employees were exemplary, especially Joy, who went to extended lengths to explain operation and helpful tips for our machine. This kind of outstanding service was evidence that the store takes to heart their and quot;The customer is our reason for being hereand quot; signs posted on the walls of the store. We are sold on Sew From The Heart and will definitely be repeat customers!

They are very good. I trust them with my sewing machine. The price was very reasonable. I like them because they are a small shop and they actually meet the repair person. They take it very seriously and because they are small, I know that people would take care of the machines very seriously. They are very small, personally owned, and not a chain; so they take their customers very seriously. They take a personal responsibility to take care of the machine. Mine is a little older machine, but they have the expertise for the older machines also.
