SEVEN FOOT CONSTRUCTION

I originally contacted Klaus for just filling in the sunken living room but then the project snowballed as usual. I was extremely happy with the punctuality and quality of work of the work team. Everything came out perfect. However, Klaus has a communication problem. He would say they would start work on a certain day/time and nobody would show up. After a couple of hours calls and texts were not answered. Finally a call saying we will start on another day. No-show again, call and text not answered, at 11 text said we will be there after lunch, 3:00 no-show text said will be there tomorrow. The crew show up on time the next day!! His crew was excellent!!. They did beautiful work, moving a door in a block wall which I could see was challenging. They did an acceptable job of keeping the mess down. When it cam to the kitchen floor tile, this was a very complex 5 piece pattern. The lead guy (via a translator) recommended a starting point for the pattern which turned out to be exactly right. They did a beautiful job. If you can deal with Klaus's poor communication skills, his price seems reasonable and the work performed by his crew is excellent.

You can give him an A on everything and we have used him twice and will probably use him again.

It went very well - we did move out during the process but we planned for this up front. We made several decisions during the remodel but Klaus worked with us and we are very pleased with the overall results.

All of the work was completed without a single issue. They paid close attention to detail. They performed the work to perfection. They were clean and respectable. I would definitely hire them again. Their quote was the same in the end as they quoted in the beginning which was an excellent price. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of.
