The experience turned out very well and I am very happy with the results. Even though there were delays on it they kept me well informed about the entire process.

You cannot tell that the car was involved in an accident and the repair was done on time and within the cost estimates. Repaired wrecked vehicle. Covered by insurance, so it didn't cost me anything out of pocket. They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I would definitely use them again.

I was referred to Service King by my insurance company. Brian was my point of contact, and from the first encounter he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. He made sure I understood what was to be done, and his estimate of time required was on the money. His customer service was exceptional.

They seem to do a good job on the car.

AFTER TECHNICIAN INSPECTED MY CAR, KEITH ADVISED ME THAT 4 OF THE 6 FUEL INJECTORS WERE LEAKING AND HE ADVISED ME TO HAVE ALL SIX REPLACED WHILE THE ENGINE WAS TORN APART. "I WAS REASSURED THAT THE SERVICE WOULD CORRECT THE OCCASIONAL HARD START PROBLEM." I AGREED TO HAVING ALL 6 OF FUEL INJECTORS REPLACED BASED ON WHAT KEITH HAD TOLD ME. THEY ALSO PERFORMED A 60,000 MILE SERVICE TO THE CAR. AFTER DRIVING THE CAR FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS, THE HARD START PROBLEM PERSISTED AND I REALIZED THAT THEY HADN'T FIXED IT. I CONTACTED GREULICH'S AND KEITH TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR IN AGAIN. I FIRMLY REFUSED, BASED ON INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS OF MY CAR. INFORMED KEITH OF MY INTENTIONS TO CONTACT BBB BASED ON POOR ADVISE AND SERVICE PERFORMED ON MY CAR THAT WASN'T NEEDED.

OK, SO IT NEEDED THE STUFF, MAYBE. AFTER THE FIX I EXPECTED THAT THEY CHECKED OUT THE CAR. BUT I HAD TO BRING IT BACK IN A DAY OR SO TO RESET THE DASH BOARD INSPECTION LIGHT! SO I BEGAN TO HAVE AN UNEASY FEELING ON THE JOB. AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS I HAD TROUBLE CLOSING AND LOCKING THE TRUNK. IT WAS RETURNED, I WAS CHARGED AND IT WAS NOT FIXED. I HAD TO TAKE IT TO THE DEALER TO GET IT DONE RIGHT. I ALSO FOUND THAT THEY DID NOT IDENTIFY THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS NOT WORKING. I THINK I WILL TRY ANOTHER SHOP.

EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY. TRUCK LOOKED AS GOOD AS NEW WHEN IT WAS FINISHED. THE WORK WAS HIGH QUALITY.

OUR CAR BROKE DOWN IN A BUSY SCOTTSDALE INTERSECTION. WE CALLED GREULICH'S AND THEY HAD A TOW TRUCK OUT WITHIN 25 MINUTES. UPON ARRIVAL, THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND GOT OUR CAR TO THE AUTO REPAIR SHOP QUICKLY.

THEY REPLACED THE RADIATOR WITHIN A DAY, BUT NEVER THOUGHT TO EVACUATE AND RECHARGE THE AC SYSTEM AFTERWARD. ONE DAY LATER, THE ENTIRE AC SYSTEM SHUT DOWN. WE TOOK IT BACK, AND THEY REMEDIED THE PROBLEM WITHIN A DAY.
