Select Wood Floors

The workmanship is outstanding.  We called Scott after the first attempt (done by another company) to refinish our floors was unsatisfactory.  His expert, Tony, began the job within days of our speaking with Scott and he worked diligently to finish the floors on time.  He did a beautiful job on the stencil and our floors look stunning.  Scott checked in throughout the process to make sure all was in order.  We definitely recommend Select Wood Floors.

The owner Scott was very responsive to the requirements that I had, wanted new base board to match the color of the flooring. He gave the names of two molding companies, I selected the base and his guys stained and finished to almost match...finish doesn’t have the same sheen, but they did a terrific mitering job! Also they did butt joints between tile and wood which is well done. Furniture moving and bed assembly was included. I had a complaint about three of the planks installed and his guys replaced them.

From start to finish this was the most wonderful remodeling experience we have ever had! The entire staff at Select Wood Flooring exceeded our expectations in every way. The plan and pricing period was very well thought out, this company really listens to its clients. The personal attention paid to the entire process was so nice! The installers were extremely polite, on time, hard working and very professional. They kept mess to a minimum in our large Saltillo tile tear out, and cleaned up things daily before leaving. Project management kept in excellent, near daily contact with us. We truly felt as if we were a part of the Select Wood Floor family when we began this process, and even today. We love our beautiful new laminate wood floors! This is the only company I'd recommend to anyone who wants to work with a stress free, quality minded, trustworthy, and genuinely caring company. It resulted in high satisfaction, huge smiles, and beautiful new flooring throughout our home!

Returned the day after delivery and worked steadily from 6:30 am til 3:00., returned the next day, to complete
the job, two rooms and hallway to bedrooms, along with 2 closet floors.
The workers moved all the furniture, being very careful and considerate, replacing everything as was.
I would recommend this company to anyone, am proud of the finished product.

This is the second time we have worked with Select Wood Floors and are again very pleased with the results. Most recently, they added new wood floors to rooms adjacent to existing wood flooring in our family room. They wove the new wood into the old wood, then refinishing the entire surface. The result was a consistent appearance throughout. We were originally going to distress the wood but the way they finished the surface really brought out the texture, grain, and character of the wood. So we decided to leave it natural. It?s beautiful and we love it!! 
Scott and his team were always professional and offered suggestions throughout the project, taking great care to ensure we knew what the next steps would be, expected timeframes, as well as following through to ensure we were satisfied along the way. We will certainly use Select Wood Floors again if the need arises.

They were super. I called several companies and they were the only ones that ground the floor to make sure it was level which is important. I would use them again.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
