"We appreciate your business!!"
"Thank you for your business and the nice review."
"I appreciate your giving Security Garage Door the opportunity to earn your business. I have been happily providing service to my customers in the valley for over 25 years. In those years of service to others, 99.9% of my customers have treated me with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my experience with you was the exception. As a person I have the right to not provide service to those that treat others rudely."
"I am sorry you did not have a positive experience with Security Garage Door and Gate. I did provide you with the exact service you paid for as you acknowledge in your review. Your door was not balanced and is unsafe but you refused the necessary repairs, quoted at $400 (not $599) including 2 remotes, you refused. I changed the battery in the remote for you but was unable to get it working, therefore, you needed a new remote. I offered you a new remote but you refused. I don't understand... you acknowledge you received what you paid for, refused the service you need and then give a bad review. Please contact out office (480) 548-0807 so we can resolve to your satisfaction."
"Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it!"
"On April 11, 2017 (not 7/8/2017), our technician arrived at your home because you had purchased a wireless keypad and tune up special through Angie's List. Upon inspection, our technician noted that you had damage to your system that a simple tune-up wasn't going to fix and he recommended "immediate replacement" of your opener and spring in writing on your invoice. You refused the recommended, necessary opener replacement and would only agree to allow him to replace your damaged spring with a new, high cycle spring that included a 10-year warranty on the spring for $179 (not $250). You received a high-quality spring expertly installed, a new wireless keypad installed and programmed, plus a lubrication and tune up of the door all completed by a professional, trained technician. You have never once attempted to contact us since then regarding any of your concerns. Had you called us, we would of course have immediately returned at no additional charge to correct any issues with the repair work that we completed. Angie's List would have sent you several requests for a review of our company at that time and we also send our own review requests. Now it is 5 months later and you state that you attempted to "rebuild the opener's motor" on your own and it, unsurprisingly, did not work. You are giving us a negative review that not only contains misleading information regarding how much we charged you and how recently this occurred, but on top of that it is a negative review of our company based on your own attempted, unskilled, do-it-yourself work that we had absolutely nothing to do with. We have no way of knowing what parts you used, what you replaced or rebuilt, if you programmed it correctly, etc. It is unfortunate that your $20 do-it-yourself repair did not fix your damaged opener problem, but we had nothing to do with that repair. We recommended in writing on your invoice "immediate replacement" of your opener. We gave an honest recommendation to you from the very beginning of what was necessary to fix your garage door system. You refused the necessary replacement we recommended and you never once contacted us afterwards regarding the repairs that we completed. We put our recommendation to you in writing on your invoice and we only completed the work you authorized. We always stand behind the work done by our expert, skilled professionals."
