Screenmobile Scottsdale

The screens on the home I bought last year were worn and needed replacement. I’m very happy that I called Screenmobile Scottsdale, owned by Kevin and Gail Murphy. They replaced the sunscreens on every single window plus the two security doors and patio slider. I could feel a difference on the inside temperature almost immediately. They did a beautiful job and I’m so glad that they were able to fit me in before this current record breaking heatwave arrived.

Fabulous service! Was very prompt for both the quote and installation, work done quickly and professionally, and looks great! Have already called them back to install a few more screens.

The person I dealt with on the phone was very personable and explained to me how their service works. The wheels on the screens on my patio are working well now. They did a really great job and there was no mess for me to worry about.

The installer seemed to know what they were talking about. It took a couple of weeks to get the doors built. There was a snafu during the installation. They showed up unannounced and unplanned. Seems they thought they called to setup the appt but never did. Luckily I was home.

They made it all very simple.

Overall the process went fine. The person that estimated the job was not the same person that did the installation. There was no discount for Angie's list which was disappointing, also I wanted to get a rebate from SRP as part of the process and that was very difficult to handle because the installer would not / could not do the paperwork while on site.

The work was done professionally and came out pretty good. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went well. The company is friendly and professional. I only have one very minor complaint (which some people may find as a positive). They showed up early both times they came. I just was not expecting them early. Otherwise, everything went great.

Very professional and punctual. I would definitely use him again! And the screens are definitely reducing the heat that comes in our house.

I purchased a bank-owned home with 6 arcadia doors with sliding screen doors. The screen doors were in very bad shape and unusable, all with torn screens and most would not work on the tracks. Kevin from Screenmobile came out and was able to salvage 2 of the 6 sliding screen doors with just cleaning the track and replacing the screens. He built the other 4 sliding screen doors, custom to fit the size. The new screen doors are great...they are very sturdy, have good locks, wheels that are metal, not plastic, and have a one-year warranty. I'm happy with this service and expect the screen doors to last a long time!

He came and looked over what I wanted done. Gave me suggetions about what kind of screens would be the best for my application. He gave me an estimate. I said OK and asked when he could do the job. He said now. He started to work and was done in about 3 hours, I think. When he was done he cleaned up and took the couple of old screens we had. When he was gone you couldn't he had ever been here, except for the new screens which are very nice. We've had many compliments on them from other people in the park.

The service person came on time, discussed our options, and then made the repairs on the spot. Afterward, he explained to us how we could help keep our home even cooler without needing to buy more product from his company. He was very efficient, professional and helpful. I used this company on two other occasions over the past 5+ years and was equally satisfied each time.

Marty Murphy came to the site and measured the existing door and window openings and provided a quote. He advised on some prep work that our building contractor could do that would reduce the need to build custom doors. After that work was done he returned to the site for the final measurement. On the day of installation he was on the job at the appointed time and he and an associate did the contracted work. At the end of the day he walked me through the installation, demonstrating how everything worked. Screenmobile left the job site as clean as it was when they arrived.

Arrived on scheduled day but it was raining. After putting up 2 screens, Ken left since the rain was making it difficult to continue. However, Marty showed up later in the afternoon and put up 5 screens and returned the following day to finish the remaining 2 windows.

Very Good. My initial contact Screenmobile was good; had the measurements which I passed on to the scheduler , from that she was able to guote a price. We set a date and time and she followed-up the preceding day to validate our arrangement.

I RECEIVED EXCELLENT EXPLANATION OF OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO ME OVER THE PHONE, SO THERE WERE NO UNEXPECTED SURPRISES. ALL WORK WAS DONE ON-SITE AND QUICKLY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
