Scottsdale Tree Works Inc

Brian (the owner) destroyed as well as infected 2 Queen Palms in front of my home. He cut all new growth on one Queen Palm and that Tree is now dying. I’ve been written up by the HOA.....Brian (the owner) claims his “worker” did the damage and claims no responsibility. The 5th pic is a picture of the Tree in May of this year, in July the Tree had grown 6-8 new healthy Fronds and those were cut off as well, just as they were unfolding. Trees are 15 years old. I will post pics on other sites. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Gerry

Brian took down the Ash tree that was dying quickly and efficiently and cleaned up sufficiently. He knows what he's doing and you can't beat his rates. He also trimmed a couple other trees and took down a small volunteer tree at no additional charge. He's a professional at his job but will treat you like family. Definitely will hire him for future work.

Harper's Nursery recommended this company to me. Scottsdale Tree Works did an amazing job. It was a huge tree and my landscaper informed me that it had died and I needed it to be removed. Mr Brian Mazza from Scottsdale Tree Works Inc came out the next morning which was a Friday and looked at it and on Saturday morning he brought in a crane. He hooked it on to the crane and lifted it over. There was no cutting off logs in the yards. In two hours it was all finished and they had gone. It was all perfect. The pool equipment which was under the tree was not in any way damaged or affected. It is his vehicle that was used. It was a wonder full crane. Years ago I had huge palms removed and then they brought in a ridiculously huge crane. This is much larger than a pickup but it parks on the street kind of normally. There was a pine tree and it has been there for 35 years. That was wedged between the house, pool equipment and the outside wall. He scaled the tree and hooked it at the top and cut the tree into half. He went outside he had the remote control in his hand and lifted that over the wall and lowered it slowly and cut off pieces. That was the slickest thing I had ever seen. Then he went and cut off the bottom half of it. He had a helper that had showed up. In two hours they were out of this place. It was quick. He not only removes dead trees but also takes care of trees. I had two queen palms that I asked him just to look at. He said one of them had gone so he removed that at the same time and trimmed the other one. There were people constantly knocking at the door saying that they would do it for $700. His price was wonderful. They were going to cut a few feet at a time and put all that into the yard. They were talking of the worn down tree. We went back to Preston and a week later I received a letter from the City saying that I have broken an ordinance of having dead trees in the yard. So I was so grateful to Brian. I told City to go look again. I received a letter back commending me on the good job. Brian did more than what I expected. The palm tree and the front yard had been trimmed earlier but the guy who did it, did not do a good job. I was out of town then. Brian had the bucket on his crane, he went up and re-trimmed it so that he trimmed it right at absolutely no charge. He went above and beyond his call of duty. I have had a tree cut down many years ago. The guy just cut it at random and dropped it. The logs were so heavy that it damaged the irrigation system. I was really worried. I just called this guy because Harper recommended. But when he came and said that he had a crane I was thrilled. He does not have a license on his card. As for his responsiveness I called him on Thursday, he came on Friday and accomplished the work on Saturday. I would not have asked for more. I recommend him in a heartbeat to anybody. We are moving to Preston otherwise I would have used him in the future.
