Our goal at STS is to help clients maximize their potential by maintaining and improving the performance of their systems, using solutions that are supported by solid technological infrastructure. We have developed a dynamite online program at www.YourPCtuneUp.com. It's a personal one-on-one remote session lasting about an hour. Ten services are provided to bring a client's PC back to its peak performance level, for a flat fee. At this time there are no trip charges within the Phoenix-metro area. Our services are personal and professional. With over thirty years of experience with computers, from software development to server networking & deployment, and building PCs from scratch, we bring a lot more to the table than your usual repair tech. We can help you in your home or office or via remote connection, which is easy to establish and safe.

This was over two visits--with more to come as I have a lot to learn and items to be upgraded or discarded. Jim is skilled, diligent, patient, and understanding. He calls me if he is running late.
Description of Work: Replaced modem and wireless router with new devices. Checked and cleaned up both my desktop and laptop computers. Installed software programs to safeguard both units. Provided info and instruction. Cost of service includes the new equipment and approximately four hours of service.
