 + -1 moreThe technician explained my options and the new technology to me. He made some recommendations. He demonstrated how to change the batteries before installing them. He tested each unit individual after installation. HE ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS CLEARLY. hE WAS FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. The installer examined my old unites and made recommendation. He answered all my questions. He sowed me how to change the batteries prior to installation. He tested each unit after installation. He explained how alarm sounds how to reset them.
Description of Work: They installed three smoke detectors and two combination smoke & carbon monoxide detectors

 + -1 morethe price.The work was promptly and professionally performed. i paid more than I expected for the alarms, but they have been performing just fine since the installation and 2 now have carbon monoxide capability. The "peace of mind" was worth the price.
Description of Work: I was having a problem with my 9 year old smoke alarms (unexplained beeping, etc.). The service technician replaced 5 alarms. His suggestions for the type of alarm and adding 2 alarms with carbon monoxide detection were much appreciated.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE GIVEN US SERVICE OVER 10 YEARS. THIS WAS AN ANNUAL INSPECTION, IN WHICH THEY DETERMINED WE NEEDED A NEW BATTERY. WAS PLEASED WITH THE WORK.
Description of Work: SERVICED THE ALARM UNIT, CHECKED IT ALL OUT, INSTALLED NEW BATTERY.
