Ken did an excellent job, he was here quickly and fixed the problem. He also installed high quality parts that were much better than the defective junk that we had. I will definitely use their services again.

They were satisfactory. I was satisfied with them. The job overall went fine. I had same day service. I don't have any basis to compare their price with. I really don't know enough about what I would have paid with a competitor.

Have used this company before.......even clean up the mess!

We have a home warranty on an old house. Figured we would "hang in there" for a few years to see if anything expensive breaks, using the warranty instead.. Point is, I miss Scottsdale Plumbing! If they did the work, it was done right. They would show me what they were replacing, and why. If I was on a budget (always) they would let me price stuff before the work was done. They applied the first visit to whatever costs the actual repair cost. Not only did I use them for over fifteen years, but my mom used them for at least ten before that. Always punctual, and didn't have to wait more than a day or so. Great people!

Everything went smoothly and we could not have been happier with the work. We will definitely continue to use Scottsdale Plumbing.

They did a great job! The plumber was fast, cleaned up after the repair and did exactly what was asked of him. They are not cheap but I feel I got exactly what I paid for and that is what I expected.

I called at 8:30 AM and the job was completed by 11:15 AM. Service quality was excellent and price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

It went well.

Wasnt sure if leak was from sprinkler system or main line. Called on a weekend and was called back very quickly. The oncall person explained pricing and suggested if not a large leak (it wasnt) to wait and avoid emergency rates. I was called back promptly Monday morning and scheduled service for the next day. The plumber called before he came out and verified his arrival time (and within time agreed upon Monday). Plumber examined the problem and wasnt sure whether it was sprinkler or mainline - but went right to work and proceeded to verify it was main line (had to dig several feet down). Unfortunately he did not have correct fitting with him and had to run back for parts. Once he returned it was very quick process to get everything fixed, reconnected and tested. Overall very happy but thought final tab was a tad steep ...

Called the plumber in the afternoon and trip was scheduled for the next morning. Plumber arrived on time with a call ahead of time to tell he was 10 minutes away. Arrived right on schedule, assessed the job, gave us a price, and began the work. The faucet was 20 years old, corroded and barely enough copper piping coming out of the wall to get the job done. It took him about and hour and a half to remove the old faucet, solder copper piping, bend it, solder a new heavy duty faucet, mount to the wall and so forth. Faucet was too close to the corner initially so he moved in farther down the wall and that finished the job. Very neatly done and a real nice guy doing the work. There was a trip fee as the trip was 30 miles round trip - which probably boosted the overall total fee, but this plumbing company has been around for at least 40 years, has an excellent no problem reputation and the experience was worth it.

The plumber shows up at the door, and he does his work. We don't bother to remember who he is because the next time we call, it will be somebody else. The guy who did the work was right on the spot. He came when he said he would do it. We told him what was wrong, and he brought the right pipes, so he could repair it. He did the work what he was supposed to do.

They had the parts in stock, and that is really what we needed. I will use them again in the future.

THEY DID AN EXTRAORDINARY JOB ON THE SAFETY BAR INSTALLATION, WHICH IS CLEARLY VERY IMPORTANT. OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR PLUMBING WORK IS THAT IT IS GOOD, BUT SOMETIMES NOT PERFECT, AND THEY HAVE TO COME BACK TO FINISH SOMETHING. PRICES ARE QUITE HIGH.

WE HAVE WORKED WITH SCOTTSDALE PLUMBING FOR YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT AND COME OUT VERY QUICKLY FOR ALL PROBLEMS. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND WE FEEL COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN OUR HOME. THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND DO NOT NEED TO COME OUT AGAIN, IT'S FIXED THE FIRST TIME.
