 + -1 moreThey are very punctual on the pool service and if we have any problems they are supposed to come out. However, I haven't heard from the owner for 2 weeks. The pool service they are very punctual.

 + -1 moreFrom the first contact, we knew this was going to be the company we went with. They explained everything from when they were going to have someone out to do an evaluation and provide an estimate to the steps they were taking each day. At every juncture, we knew what was happening and when it would be done. Chiam and his team kept in touch with us, were respectful of our property, and provided rapid and professional service. The entire job from contact to start took less than 2 weeks. We are now ready to enjoy our pool for the summer knowing that Scottsdale H20 will care for our pool and continue to communicate with us about anything that comes up. We highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Cleaned up the pool surface; installed a new salt filter; installed a heater/cooler and a new light. They are also going to provide our monthly service.

 + -1 moreI have been using this pool service for a year and they are the most reliable, knowledgeable and professional pool service that I have ever used. Now that I have used them for repairs, as well, I am convinced that they are the best!
Description of Work: They did an incredible job of recently repairing my pool filter, heater and drains. They keep my pool clearer than any other provider has ever done.
