Scottsdale Computer Guy

I contacted Ron Smith (Scottsdale Computer Guy) when I had a problem with the WiFi network in my home. Ron listened carefully to the details about my problem and suggested several possible issues. He made every effort to schedule me for a home visit the next day. He arrived on time and well-prepared. He logged in to my router and checked all current settings to make sure that he would not be fixing something that did not need to be fixed. Following his initial assessment, he carefully explained to me what he thought was happening. We agreed on a course of action, and he spent time stabilizing my network. He then made sure that all devices were properly reconnected and operating. His service was quick, efficient, and reasonable in cost. I would certainly use Ron Smith again in the future. While this problem may have been on the easier side, Scottsdale Computer Guy seems to have a wide variety of experience in issues for both personal and business users. My review refers only to this company: apparently there are several companies using similar names in this area.
