It went very well! I would use RRR Refrigeration again! It was for the house of my elderly mother and I had to handle it remotely from out of state, so extra effort for me to select the right contractor. RRR was prompt to submit an estimate after I requested it. They were the lowest bid by $1200 using an American Standard unit. After selecting RRR Refrigeration, I had trouble getting a committed install date for a week. But once they did commit to a date, they showed up on time and got the job done quickly with no issues or hassles. I am very pleased with RRR Refrigeration.
