This company is the stereotype of the worst stereotype of property management companies. They are decent about getting back to you if you call asking for property documents or copies of statements. However, in terms of property management, they must employ a bunch of people with nothing better to do than drive around all day picking out any small detail they can ding you on. Historically, it seems that I'll have a random landscaping person knocking on my door asking if I want <x> done (such as trimming the palm trees). I usually decline because I think that they still look OK. Within 3 days, I always have a letter of violation in my mailbox. I cannot prove anything, but the timing has always been quite curious since it has happened in that order multiple times now.
