Roofing Consultants were the only contractors out of several tried that instantly saw the building defect in my roof and repaired it. Wish I had tried Roofing Consultants first - I would have saved a lot of money, Dale Nelson and his crews are honest and courteous.

For several years ( and thousands of dollars) we tried to have a roof leak repaired.  Several contractors did a variety of work from minor patches to major repairs -- all unsuccessful until Roofing Consultants of Arizona.  It took Jason about 5 minutes to determine that the area where the pitched roof and flat roof joined was never correctly constructed.  Water pooled instead of ran off.  RCA fixed the problem.  Their crew was courteous, on time, and left the property cleaner than when they started.   The roof has been waterproof  despite some very heavy wind/rain storms.  The foamed flat roof has reduced interior summer temperatures and saved us money on the APS bill.  The service after the sale has been OUTSTANDING.  Annual inspections (as required by the warranty) are easy to schedule, and there is never an attempt to sell additional unneeded services.  Jason was scheduled here this morning at 0800 for an inspection.  At 0758 he was on his ladder. Calls to RCA are always promptly returned -- even by the owner.  You can probably find cheaper roofing companies, but we do not believe you will find one with higher integrity or more dedication to great customer service.   Strongly recommend Roofing Consultants of Arizona.

We have built, restored, and renovated several homes over the past few decades and bar none, working with this company was the WORST experience we ever had and ever hope to have with any contractor. They were hired to reroof our home. Despite the fact that they were the MOST EXPENSIVE bid we received, we were told by our contractor that they were the best roofer in town so we went ahead in hopes of ending up with a quality product. In short, our project was a NIGHTMARE for us. The sheer volume of issues throughout our project went beyond the level of outrageous and unbelievable in comparison to anything we have ever experienced or heard of. Our requests to meet with, or speak with, the owner of the company for resolution seemed to fall on deaf ears. We are still baffled as to why the owner of a company who has obviously worked hard over the years to build a good name would completely ignore this situation. We were told that he is no longer actively involved with the company (??). 
I wanted to make this review because it is my hope that no homeowner has to go through a similar ordeal. Based on our HORRIFIC experience, I STRENUOUSLY recommend that anyone looking for a roofing contractor run as fast as you can away from Roofing Consultants of Arizona.

I wasn't required to be at our house as we were moving into the house that same day. I arrived just as the workmen were finishing. They were courteous explained what they did and that their supervisor would be coming by to check their work.

Excellent. Mike the supervisor came every day. Rudy and his team of roofers were  timely, professional, courteous, and
made  sure all debris was cleaned up every day. A great detail is that they did not park a dumpster in the driveway but had a truck come every day to collect the debris. When the work was completed, Mike did a quality control check and then his QT check was rechecked by Jason the company VP. We are very pleased. The price was great, we had estimates as high as 22K from other companies.

Great. Took off the old roof and installed new foam roof in one day. Answered all our questions. Schedules yearly inspections at no charge. Highly recommend them.

Estimate competitive with others in terms of price materials and warranty. Proposal differed from others in that it was complete replacement of shingles and not an overlay. Crews arrived on time and did a clean install. All debris was removed. I was suprised that they replaced a rotating vent and color matched the vents with paint. Also the owner did a follow up inspection and showed me the few spots that needed further attention. He dispatched an installer within a week to fix the things he found that I frankly did not rcignize as issues when I looked the job over.

Pricing was competitive and work was done on time.  No complains.
We would use them again.

They were great right from the beginning. They showed up on time for every appointment, they started the project when they said they would and finished it when they said they would. They left my property spotless so you could not tell that a major construction job had taken place. They cleaned up after themselves every day when they were finished for the day. The roof has performed perfectly and we were very pleased with the result. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I was selling my home and needed a few broken tiles replaced quickly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional especially Gary Walsh who was my estimator and point of contact. I think the price may have been a little high for the number of tiles replaced, but I needed the work done quickly and correctly so did not have the liberty to shop around. I would definitely call this company again for future roofing needs.

Job was very thorough and completed on time and correct. I believe in maintenance and have the company back once a year to check the roof for any problems due to our extreme climate.

Crew came out and "finished" project in a day and a half. Supervisor came out a few days later and I showed him some of the concerns I had.
Sent same crew back out with the supervisor who did not stay there the whole time. This was irritating in general that they had sent the same crew out because I already lost faith in them to do it correctly.
Supervisor's boss came out to check work and he found issues. I must say that he was VERY helpful and if I had dealt with him the whole time, maybe this review would have turned out differently.
He sent out the supervisor who then finished the work on his own. However, I felt like he was trying to get away with doing the bare minimum. He even asked me if I wanted him to replace something that his boss had found. Seriously? This is your job and you want me to tell you how to do it. I felt like he was putting it on me so I put it right back on him and asked if it would be an issue down the road. Because I really want to deal with another issue after the warranty runs out, right? He ended up fixing it.
I am not new to hiring crews and having work done on my house. When I pay for something, I expect 100%...the first time.

This company was absolutely terrific. Not only was the work performed perfectly but they totally cleaned up after themselves everyday and everyone of the crew was pleasant and accomodating.Not only that, they sent a supervisor out two days after they finished the job just to check and make sure that we were satified and that everything was perfect. These folks are amazing and I highly recommend them,

Perfectly. I have been working with various contractors on different repairs to our home and these folks were awesome. They were the only ones that gave me an estimate and then that is what they actually charged me on the invoice. (It seems that many of these companies give an estimate and then add charges as the project progresses) They showed up on time every day, they were neat and cleaned up the area each evening before they left, they were polite and friendly and answered all of my questions, they did two post job inspections BEFORE they sent me the bill, and I was always able to reach Mike, the supervisor, immediately if I had a question when they were not on site. They have a great team of people working for them, from the front office to the estimators to the actual crews :)
We need to get the roof on our main house re-foamed in the next year or so and we will definitely be having Roofing Consultants of AZ come out to do that work.

Perfect. This company has done 2 previous re-roofing jobs for me and I had them recently service my parents roof after they received a bid for $46,500. My parents are elderly and I think the salesman literally tried to rob them. Needless to say, Roofing Consultants did what was needed to be done for $350.00. My previous jobs were over $15,000 and I did extensive research before I chose them. Do your homework, and you will learn what I learned about the roofing companies in Phoenix and why Roofing Consultants should absolutely be one of the companies you get a qualified bid from.

They did everything that they said they were going to do. They were very responsive to my requests, in fact, they went above and beyond. I have used them for a number of years now. I had gotten three or four bids from other roofers and I just liked this company's approach to the whole project.

Workers showed up promptly at scheduled time and completed work on schedule. Supervisor came by same day without being asked, inspected work, and made corrections as needed. I was very satisfied with the work.

Jason inspected the work to be done and provided an estimate and scope of work. He was knowledgeable, professional and good to work with. The work was scheduled and completed per agreement. After the work was done, a supervisor inspected the work to be sure it was done properly. I was very pleased with the work done and would highly recommend them.

On February 20, 2012 Dan Schroff, Sales Rep, conducted the roof assessment and prepared the proposal. He was very thorough, and included photos of any bird damage/and or other issues that needed to be addressed. The proposal was very professional, detailing each step of the process, what products would be used, and how scheduling would work with our completion date.We requested a May 24th completion time frame.
Fred Ross would be the Superintendent for the project. There would be two additional staff who would execute the entire process.The project began on May 16th, and was completed on the 24th. Total days dedicated to the job=3.The same staff worked the project. Daily preparation included placing plastic on the driveway for their equipment to sit on, and were meticulous in the clean-up after each step.Fred stopped by each day to check on the progress and touch base with the team. He would then communicate with me to let me know how it was going.The company did not request a deposit, and we understood that we would pay the full amount due upon completion. The invoice arrived in the mail about a week and a half after the project had been completed. Because of scheduling demands, the roof will have its final inspection within the next two weeks or so.
At no charge, they will conduct an annual check of the roof to maintain the warranty. We have a lot of woodpeckers, and appreciatethis service!We could not be happier with the results, and how the entire process was handled by Roof Consultants of Arizona, Inc.!
