The people there are nice and kept me up to date as to what was going on. It took them about an hour and 45 mins to complete. I've always been happy with their service but this time I was very disappointed with their pricing. They are competitive on their oil change pricing and transmission fluid flush, but I called some other local auto shops and found out I could've gotten the brake and power steering fluid flush done for half the price of what Honda charged. Honda said my compliance brushings are torn and will eventually need replaced, which is rare for a vehicle only 3 yrs old. They gave me a price of $879. I told them to hold off for now and to see if they could do any better on their pricing. I called some other auto shops to get quotes to get this fixed elsewhere and found I could get this fixed for $350. Again, this is less than half of what Honda wanted to change. I don't mind paying a little extra to get great service but there comes a point when enough is enough. I will consider getting my oil changed at Honda in the future but certainly not anything else without price shopping first.
They advise what to do (warranty or not), do what they say they'll do, get your car back to you timely and at a reasonable price.
Have never had a dealer get us a part (warranty coverage) form another dealer that wasn't an emergency, but needed tim ewise or tell us that something that looked like it would be a cost to us but tell us that it's warranty.
Have purchased 4 Honda's based on my sales and service experience and have sent friends here, who are also happy.
