I hired RA Peel to install the tile floor in a Sun Room that a contractor built for me. There was an issue with the cement slab that the contractor poured. RA Peel came and inspected it and thought they could scrape up the chalky surface of the leveling compound and apply a primer and then the thinset would bond to it. After scraping up the chalky surface and applying the primer they found that the primer would not even bond to the improperly mixed self-leveling compound. They immediately went to work jack hammering up the improperly applied self-leveling compound that was one inch plus thick in areas. They spent a day jack hammering up the leveling compound and another day re-floating the entire floor with concrete to make it level. For these two days of extra unplanned work they charged me nothing! Yes, nothing! They said that since they told me they could simply scrape it and prime it and that did not work that they took responsibility for making it right! The tile turned out beautiful and I will be sure to call them when I am ready to replace my carpet and re-tile my two bathrooms.

THEY HAD A GREAT VARIETY OF CARPETS TO CHOOSE FROM. WHEN I ASKED FOR A SPECIFIC TYPE OF CARPET THAT I HAD SEEN ELSEWHERE, THEY MADE IT A POINT TO CHECK OUT THAT CARPET, TO MAKE SURE I WAS GETTING THE SAME OR COMPARABLE CARPET. THEIR PRICING WAS EXCELLENT, THEY WERE EXTREMELY PUNCTUAL AND THEIR WORK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PROCESS OF REPLACING OUR EXISTING CARPET WAS A BREEZE, THANKS TO THEM.
