 + -1 moreI had a water issues that created lots of damage. Barry took care of all the repairs. He meant all the contractors at my house and kept me updated on all the repairs.it was a comfort to me to know when I am away my house is well taken care of..
Description of Work: weekly checks of my house. Kept in touch and let me know about any issues and took immediate care of them. He is honest and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him.

 + -1 moreChecks the charger on the car to keep battery running over the summer. Toilet was running on one of his checks..Barry met the plumber at the house and had it fixed. When we are in Chicago it's very nice to know we don't have to worry about our house. Highly recommend Barry...very honest, smart, and most importantly trustworthy.

 + -1 moreCarbon Dioxide Alarm ringing: Barry took it down from our VERY high ceiling. He then went to the hardware store, bought the proper battery, and replaced it. He never bothered me with any of it...just took care of it. Noticed a leak in the backyard: Contacted our landscaper and had it taken care of immediately. Trustworthy and efficient...I would recommend to anyone needing residential management.
