Republic West Remodeling

They did a really good job. They arrived on time for the job and finished it within a week. They were easy to work with and did answer all my questions that I had. There is a glitch but I haven't asked them to do anything about it yet.

Our remodel started strong, problems started with countertops filled with flaws, but met "standard of industry." Remodel deteriorated more with floor tile installation not finished off by carpet and vinyl tile. Anticipated completion date was 45/60 days past due. Efforts to satisfy our complaints were gracious, but inadequate. Numerous e-mails were sent to staff including the vice president of the company, having to identify 23 concerns. It was a difficult process made more difficult by Republic West's inability to correct their errors.

Republic West representatives gave us an estimate and then arranged for us to have the remodel done during March. We chose a certain week in March and the company said they would try to do it that week and they did. From the beginning, Republic West workman were on time and cleaned up everyday. The supervisor came by and checked up on the workmanship. We were very pleased with how well every job flowed from one section to the next. At the end, the supervisor found a few minor details that were missed and immediately had them corrected. We had not even noticed them. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall, pretty well. I had used the same company two years ago and was overall pretty pleased with how it went. The company did call to reschedule our installation when the windows were not going to be ready (my prior experience two years ago involved two reschedulings). This year we only rescheduled once. We did have to have more stucco repairs this year, but that was due to how the original windows were installed and the difficulty in removing them, so this was not due to Republic West. The stucco patch was done well and blended in very well with the existing stucco on the house. Since I have repainted, you cannot tell that any stucco repairs had been made. Anybody using this company should give their contact phone number when signing the contract, and not your home phone number (unless that is the easiest way to contact you). We wanted my work number as the contact, and no matter how many times we asked the contact phone number to be used, the company still called my home.

The slider had some issues. It did not look just quite exactly like the one I ordered. The installer called the office and they immediately realized due to a data entry error they ordered the wrong door. A happy conclusion was easily reached as the company gave me no trouble at all. It was so refreshing! And the door is lovely!

Excellent! The sales person took a tremendous amount of time explaining window options and technical details. He made sure that I had all of the knowledge necessary to make an informed decision, and helped us make a selection without pressuring. The office staff coordinated the scheduling smoothly. The installers were amazing! They were clean, neat, polite and FAST. They did an expert job and made sure that I was completely satisfied. I have only good things to say about Republic West Windows, and recommend them strongly!

I was very satisfied with the work this company did for me. I have had no problems at all with any door or window they installed. The only thing I did not find so great was the price, which was a little bit high, but it was totally worth it. I highly recommend them.

This company was very accommodation. If there was something done wrong or that I was not happy with they would fix it no questions asked. They did finish the work exactly when they said it would be done. The workers moved my appliances in to the dinning room for me too. They were just a joy to work with.

They were wonderful. They were here on time, did a great job and even finished some other work they didn't need to. They were also very reasonably priced. I am extremely happy with them and will use them again if I need to.

From the very beginning they were very professional. As promised they arrived on time to show us the product and explain how the process worked. We had gotten several other bids and there's was right in-between. The time frames were accurate and the countertops were put in timely. We had noticed that there was a mark on one of the top cabinets and the project manager came to look at it. He was so unhappy he ordered all new cabinet tops and profusely apologized for the problem. Our salesperson was also so upset she sent us a gift certificate for dinner. The work was done professionally and I was extremely pleased that each day the area was clean and the floor swept. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The appointment was scheduled quickly. Andy was prompt and on time. His estimate was right on - and provided all information necessary. The work commenced early - ahead of the estimated start date. All work was completed on schedule. 2 drawers were damaged in transit, and the installer ordered replacement doors before we even knew they were damaged. Follow-up inspections were made at the completion of work. Fixes (replacing the 2 doors, reinstalling the pullouts - which were made 1 inch too deep, and tightening 2 hinges) were competed in a timely manner - all accomplished as soon as the replacement doors arrived. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, the customer service top notch.

Free estimate as promised. Work was done in a timely fashion and the installer was neat and professional. Their is a problem with the formica on the cabinet fronts that has not been rectified. Problem was brought to their attention over a week ago and they have not contacted me and set a date for repairs. Rather poor service in rectifying problems.

The day after visiting their showroom Jerry came out to give me an estimate. He was punctual and very friendly. He helped me to decide the best type of glass for each room in my condo and left me a lot of written information about their windows. The installers arrived on time and quickly got to work. They covered my furniture with plastic to protect it from dust. When they were finished they vacuumed the carpet and cleaned up all the mess. The windows look good. I found the window replacement by Republic West to be a satisfying experience.

We were very pleased! They didn't collect any money until the windows were all installed (which took only one day) and about two weeks earlier than the estimated date of installation. They were quick, careful, polite, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and we would highly recommend them.

Received a coupon advertising Republic West and their services. I did a Google and BBB search on the company then made contact with them. We scheduled an appointment for a sales rep to stop by and discuss the process and cost. It was what we were looking so we started things in motion. Everyone we had contact with were well above average. All workers arrived on or before the appointed time, were clean, well groomed, worked hard, no smoking, no hats in the house, and did good clean-up at the end of each day.

The experience could not have been better. They worked around my schedule to set a time for the estimate. The sales rep was very professional & helpful, & prepared an accurate bid right on the spot so I was able to order right away. No deposit required- an added bonus & unexpected for a custom door order! Installation was quick & easy. I was so impressed by their employees- they are friendly & knowledgeable. I will be using them again for a few other door projects around the house & would recommend them to anyone. They may be a bit high on price (I didn't shop around much- Rep West came highly recommended), but for this kind of service & the peace of mind of knowing it will be done right, I think it is worth the extra costs.

THE CREW WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS AND INSTALLED THE DOOR IN ABOUT 5 HOURS. THEY CLEANED UP THE AREA VERY WELL. AFTER THE CREW LEFT, A PROBLEM WITH A SCREW THAT WAS INSTALLED AT AN ANGLE AND COMING THROUGH THE DOOR SLIGHTLY WAS DISCOVERED. THE COMPANY FIXED THE AREA AS IF IT HAD NEVER BEEN THERE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO COME BACK OUT FOR THE REPAIR.

THEY REPLACED OUR TWO LARGE WINDOWS IN THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. HAD NO COMPLAINTS WITH THEM AT ALL. CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND HAULED ALL OLD WINDOWS AWAY.

THE FRENCH DOORS THEY INSTALLED IN OUR HOUSE ARE BEAUTIFUL AND VERY GOOD QUALITY. WE BROKE THE GLASS A COUPLE YEARS AFTER INSTALLATION AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT FOR FREE. GREAT SERVICE.
