+ -1 moreThe work was done as promised. They cleaned up any dust, over-spray and trash in addition to replacing the drywall, he also had to texture it. I felt that I got more than I paid for.
Description of Work: He installed a ceiling fan, 3 light kits and 2 remote controls for the ceiling fans and light kits. The only item that was delayed and that was not his fault was a part of the ceiling fan from the manufacturer. He also repaired drywall in our garage as well as the frame the drywall was attached to after it was hit by a car. He caulked windows and doors, replaced weather stripping and did some minor plumbing repairs.
