My husband and I have never met a realtor that takes the time Ken Malach does with his clients! Being a former Midwest transplant and living in the metro Phoenix area for 40+ years, he knows the background on neighborhoods, the Phoenix area builders. Which communities offered both 2- and 3- car garages? Where the schools are, where the traffic is, where are the local hot spots for food & shopping...he let us know based on the homes we were interested in. And he was so patient with us, taking time to review 5-10 homes at a time off the website during our weekly "date." In this process, he gained a clear view of the home and neighborhood features we were seeking. We were preparing 3 months ahead of our visit, also moving from the Midwest, and we really appreciated the time he took to make us comfortable in the process! It was like he could "see" behind the walls in terms of quality based on the original builder and original build date for a used home, which was what we were seeking. That gave us confidence in choosing our home. He informed our decision, without making it for us, and in the end, he helped us close on our dream home! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ken Malach to home buyers!

Lisa DiPasquale was our agent. She was recommended to us by friends who had represented them in their successful home search.
 Lisa was very personable, knowledgeable, ethical and helpful in guiding us to the right home for us. She gave sound advice in how much we should offer on a home, even sometimes suggesting lower offers (which would decrease her commission.)
She never pressured us and was extremely patient.
 We recommend her 100%!
