- The quality of the pool cleaning was very poor, no baskets were cleaned and when questioned about this the owner stated that "no pool company cleans filer baskets, its not my responsibility". When asked for an instruction session on how to run the pool the owner wanted more money and refused to help. As a result of the poor quality of service (Reflections offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee) the owner was told his service were no longer required. The result of this was shocking, the owner has threatened to sue stating his lawyer would "eat this up", this could have been handled so much easier, instead of being confrontational.
