We sold our house on the third day we listed the Property;it was a fullprice offer. Sounds Great?? We lost $350,000 on the sale.
Carla, as we told her prior to Listing, was not up with current market conditions and priced the property to low! She says" the comps.,," Comps are backward looking; Carla didn't seem to grasp the Market Momentum.as there were no properties for sale in ourcommunity-everything was Pending.
Truly not bright. Totally self-serving-THAT IS CARLA WHITTEN.
Carla's is only interested in her commission. She is,in short, is a piece ofwork -to be avoided.
Why does she have a business card displaying her picture that is out-of-date by by 15 or 20 years ?
Is that vanity or deceit?
