I vote that Twins and Company get the Supreme Awesomeness in Realty award.   In May, my husband and I decided we?d like to buy a house before he left the country at the end of June. This gave us the very crunched timeline of less than two months. We were pretty luck to find Jenny. We called her on a Saturday afternoon, and were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves viewing properties the very next morning. We quickly learned that we could count on Jenny to get things done, and get things done quickly.  

As first time homebuyers, there was so much to learn about the process. Jenny coached us along the way, making the process fun rather than stressful? and almost easy. I hate to admit it, but we were pretty high maintenance clients. Both of us were traveling and were often in town at different times. No problem ? Jenny just showed us properties separately. Time and again, Jenny acted as if our ridiculous requests were totally ordinary. She pestered the listing agent daily, set up the home inspection for us, found us a new lender, took us back to the house just so we could take measurements to buy a fridge, emailed us great referral after great referral, and even sent us out the door with coupons to try a new lunch place!  

As my husband?s departure date neared, Jenny miraculously turned the owners, listing agent, title officer, and lender into a total team. They were all racing the clock to close before Shawn left the country (so I didn?t have to move by myself!), and when we closed on a Friday afternoon (giving us a precious weekend to move), a flurry of emails went around thanking each other for working so hard to beat the deadline and excitedly congratulating us on our new home.   Jenny and her twin sister Christie run a great business? They are professional, smart, funny, knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and tireless. I highly recommend them!
