Did he die???? No calls returned. In fact, I did not even realize he had removed the fan from our unit until I had another contractor check out the unit. I called the manufacturer and discovered that our A/C unit had been discontinued and that there were no more parts, but I should have been advised of recall???? Where was Quinlan when I needed them??? Outside having a smoke. Anyway, I now have a brand new unit, installed by a truly professional company. But, that is another report. My advise, avoid Quinlan A/C.

It took Quinlan a while to get here but when they arrived they were great! They are very responsive, every time I called them they called right back. They were good about responding to my needs. They were also customer oriented. They are a great company.

Called them. Left message with person answering the telephone after verifying it was the right company. Told them what I needed regarding an estimate. I never heard from them again.
