Dustin and his crew did a terrific job and they were on time every day. They did appropriate masking, moved the patio furniture and other items out of the way, power washed the entire house (outside), applied a bonding agent, replaced several wood boards that had prior damage, replaced the garage door wood trim w/rubber seal, painted the house, did final inspection and touch up, and cleaned up. Although the price was high, we decided to go with it in consideration of the quality of the work to be provided including the 20 year warranty. The warranty goes with the house so if we were to sell, the warranty transfers to the new owner.

We were very skeptical of the price, but Billy reassured us the house was going to look like new when they were finished. And a 20yr warrantee to not blister, peel or crack. Well when they were done, it didn't look like new, it had already started to blister, and peel. Along with places not getting patched. I felt like the painters did the bare minimum to get the job done. They missed places that should've been painted, didn't repair other places and just did a halfway job.
I am not happy with what we received for the amount we paid!
