Pro Tech Spa Service

Excellent!

Fixed and taught me things about my spa I did not know. Also saved me money by not fixing things I thought were broke but needed a little finesse.

Steve diagnosed the problem with my spa, which was not immediately apparent. He asked me track the problem and then returned when more information was available. Once the problem was accurately identified, Steve made a second visit to replace the part.
Steve was punctual, responsive, professional, and charged a fair price. The spa is still working two months later. 
I appreciated that he did not perform any service or replace parts before determining exactly what was wrong with the spa. 
I would definitely use Protech again and highly recommend them. 

Steve is the best! He is my first call. His work is excellent and his customer service is first rate. He has surprised me a couple of times with service calls resulting in 'no charge.'

After being overcharged by another company about 4 months ago I was in search for another company. I called another company but the guy never returned my call. I went on Home Advisor and put in my info and started getting calls. I talked to Steve from Pro Tech and he seemed great. He said it might not be the pump but the heater, and he was right.
He fixed it a couple of days later.
I will definately be using him in the future.

I was referred to Stephen at Pro Tech Spa Repair when ordering a replacement spa cover. A little over a year ago my spa took a turn for the worst, and decided it should melt the heater relay board. Knowing enough to be dangerous I managed to almost repair it by ordering parts online. Unfortunately the spa encountered issues and continued to trip the internal breaker, basically rendering the spa unusable.
Stephen returned my phone call promptly, and was able to fit me in the next day for a trouble shooting appointment. He worked at the spa for 40 minutes, and thought he had the issue solved. Unfortunately the issue wasn't simple to diagnose as the internal breaker flipped after anything from five to thirty minutes after being reset. I informed him of the continued issue, and got back to me right away. As he was going to be out of town for a week on vacation, he offered to cancel and destroy the personal check I had given him to allow me to find someone able to respond quicker. I immediately said the repair would wait. His honesty and offer made a true customer out of me. Upon his return he traced the issue down to the internal LED light system.  Where other spa service companies would have easily replaced hundreds of dollars of parts, he instead worked diligently to diagnose the very tricky issue.
As he wasn't able to return immediately after the initial visit, he discounted my bill significantly for the repair.  I'm very happy with the service I got from Pro Tech Spa Service. I'll gladly recommend them to anyone Valley wide. Friendly, honest, and experienced repair companies are not always easily found.
