do not use Premier Outdoor Care Very disappointed in the lack of integrity of this Premier Outdoor Care Co! When maintaining the landscaping of my daughter's townhouse, a worker was blowing the debris and a stone hit the glass of one of the 2 panels on either side of the front door. It totally shattered. He immediately went to get his supervisor. They looked at it, and eventually, begrudgingly acknowledged their responsibility for the damage. After a week of not responding, they finally replaced the panel, however, it doesn't match the other side. Looks so tacky. I don't expect them to match it, just put the same one they just put in on the other side so it matches. My daughter called and spoke to the Owner, Jesse Arroyo. He was rude, nasty, condescending and refused to rectify the situation. This no way to run a business. I suggest if you are looking for a landscaping company, Look elsewhere!

Did not bury tubing lines deep enough--all tubing is coming out of ground in entire sprinkler system. Did not install emitters on end of tubing as promised. Called back to home 3 times to fix and just covered lines by pushing rocks over top of them. Very poor work. Would not recommend. Will have to have entire sprinkler system redone. Very disappointed int the quality of the work done.

I can not speak highly enough of the service that was provided by Jessie. He furnished a complete and accurate estimate for the project which included replacing all the lawn and fruit tree irrigation and timers and installing a new lighting system. He and his team went our of their way to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. His layout for the irrigation was excellent and he really knows what he is doing. We asked for a few changes along the way and he was always receptive and executed them within 24 hours. He coordinated with our lawn service to set up the timer and sprinkler heads they recommended. I had been dealing with leaks and water flowing down the streets for 12 months and now everything is working perfectly. Overall TOP NOTCH in all the important aspects of putting this project together and in it's execution!

Very prompt, polite, and professional

Fixed irrigation but then it broke again. Was to schedule a new installation, but Jesse never called or came on the day it was scheduled. Should have had the courtesy to call and explain why. Called me and the repair completed and working great.

Outstanding knowledge and professionalism. My entire irrigation system now works perfectly. He diagnosed and fixed the problems. Highly,highly recommend.

Jesse contacted me right away and, since my issue was a semi-emergency, he was at my house in about an hour. Our system is pretty old and some of the damaged parts were apparently discontinued, but Jesse personally went all over town first trying to find compatible parts before eventually replacing the system with a new model. As a result, it took a couple of trips but he and his team were so fast the repair was still done by the next day. I'm very happy with the service and the price - we will definitely be using them again!

Jesse was terrific! He is knowledgeable and was able to fix my leaky irrigation tube within minutes. All done with a great attitude and at a fair price. Would recommend him highly

He will not show up if he thinks you are not home, but will charge you anyway. My neighbor also fired him. Cannot be trusted!

Jesse at Premium Outdoor Care was so great to deal with! His pricing was far better than any other- by thousands! He showed up when he said he would and finished the job on time! He put in a whole new sprinkler system, including back flow valve and new sprinkler box controller. When he was done, I couldn’t see anything out of order. He replaced dirt and stone perfectly after burying all the new piping well below the surface. I couldn’t have been happier! I highly recommend that you give them a call if you have sprinkler system needs!

Very knowledgeable, easy to work with and fair price

Jesse is the owner/ operator of Premier Outdoor care and with one quick phone call on a Sunday night he came to my home for an emergency problem. Water was pouring out of the the irrigation lines causing flooding. The main valve was broken and he did trouble shooting to find the problem and shut off the water flow for the night. Then he returned to replace the whole system the next day at a very fair price. This man knows IRRIGATION!! Very professional! Very efficient and a nice guy to boot!!
