I was ripped off! The job was completed correctly, but I was taken advantage of with the sales part of the transaction. I should have just gotten an estimate and called it quits, but the Tech wanted to charge me a fee for coming out - even though I have a documented email from his company stating that they don't charge a fee to come out. I then trusted that I was getting a fair and honest deal, just to realize later that I had been massively overcharged for the goods and services provided. I was too trusting... I would highly recommend ONLY getting an estimate - and then moving on to the next company available for an estimate - until you get enough to make a fair and accurate assessment. And DON'T be lulled in by the nice and friendly Tech/salesman!
