Terrible company. Very poor communicators. They came the first day and said they couldn't start the job until the next day due to some bs excuse. They came the next day and started draining the pool. They left the pump going and so I had to go unplug it before it drained more than it should of. They never came back until 4pm the next day. They rushed to complete the job but of course left it half assed and without power to the pool equipment control box. I had told them we entertain a lot and are having a gathering of 20 plus people on Saturday. In addition to leaving us completely high and dry I discovered last night they did something to disable my landscape lights! The horror continues. I have called and left 2 messages and no one bothers calling me back. DO NOT USE POSTORINO POOLS

The estimate was very thorough and professional. They provided the estimate when they promised they would.

Small conflict on timing as I was getting other quote and was 5 minutes from completion on first quote. It appeared they did not want to wait or compete with other vendor which ended up being the highest price and was not awarded job. They lost opportunity to quote and left me with feeling of not wanting to do business with this provider in future. End result no bid.

Postorino Pool Service and Repair has serviced our pool since 2005 and will continue to do so. The staff and service personnel are prompt, courteous, consistent and experienced in providing all facets of pool care and recommendations for maintenance and upkeep. We would recommend their service and support to any residential or commercial owner.

I've been completely pleased with the service provided from Postorino Pool Service. If there is an issue with my pool or the equipment, they call to let me know and to discuss repair options. In fact, when I recently had a problem with the backwash valve, they actually reminded me that my home warranty would probably cover the repair. Had they not mentioned that, I wouldn't have remembered that I have coverage on the pool and would have paid directly for the repair. I thought that was extremely honest of Postorino to suggest I contact my home warranty company first, rather than just pay them to come out to fix the broken valve. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Postorino gave us several options for the pool up-grade, varying in cost. The work was performed in a timely manner and cost came in at that stated in the quote. The quality of the work was excellent- it has been two-years since the repair/up-grade and there have been no problems with the work done. Since the up-grade, we have also contracted with Posotino to do weekly pool care (chemicals, cleaning) and the service has been very good. Overall, Postorino has been honest and easy to work with to address problems and concerns. They also did not "push" the most expensive options for the up-grade.

They are prompt, professional, reliable, friendly, and easy to work with in person and on the phone. They are also very affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, family run business. Good prices and very friendly and responsive. Did things on time and at the best price. The polaris pool cleaner was later stolen and they found a refurbished one for me at no cost.

I gave Postorino several chances to improve service even when they did not show up at all and attempted to charge me for weekly service anyway, i had to phone them tofind out they had a "personnel change" and were trying to "work it out." they said they would send someone by the next day and again no one showed up. Horrible company,

On the basis of Rosie on the House referral, I called Postorino for a quote to replace our faulty backwash valve at our pool filter. After OK'ing the price on the phone, an appointment was made. I was unable to be at the house while the replacement was done, but when returning home from work, the job was done, and cleaned up. No bill left. A few days later an invoice arrived in the mail. Prompt service...minimal disruption...quality work. Very satisfying.

I called them up and within a day or two someone came out to measure for an estimate. The next day I got a call with the estimate and I told them I would like to schedule a time to complete the work. First, someone came out and used a submersible pump to drain the pool. It took about two days to drain. They then came out and did the acid wash and tile cleaning. Immediately upon completion of the work, they began filling the pool and came back two days later to add the start up chemicals. When we bought the house, the pool looked really bad so I wasn't sure what to expect. However, once it was filled back up, I was amazed as to how much better it looked. All the black spots were pretty much gone. Although the pool is 15 years old, it looks at least ten times better than before. I am not sure how good of a price I got, but I know I had to pay a little extra due to the amount of calcium buildup on the tile. Still, the pool looks so good, it was definitely worth the money!

THEY ARE PUNCTUAL AND CONSISTENT. THEIR STAFF IS FREINDLY. THEY COMMUNICATE WELL WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS TENDED TO.

THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, PERFORM GOOD WORK AND FAIRLY PRICED. IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT PROBLEM, THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO GET TO YOU RIGHT AWAY. I'VE USED THEM FOR 6 YEARS AND AM ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

FAMILY-RUN BUSINESS. EVERYONE IS SO POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL, AND DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING THE POOL AND MAKING IT SPARKLE LIKE NEW.
