POSITIVE POOL SERVICE

They showed up every week and when there were issues, the owner or manager personally took care of them right away. The issue that I continued to have was that I have a chlorinator and Positive Pool kept putting chlorine in my pool because they said my chlorine was low. They then cleaned my chlorinator to try to help correct the issue, but left white residue on the chlorinator. When I called the chlorinator installer for service, because Positive Pool said it wasn't working correctly, the chlorinator installer came out and cleaned it properly(and the installer said that the chlorinator was indeed working properly, but hadn't been cleaned properly). Positive Pool still kept putting chlorine in my pool so I finally quit doing business with them. I just decided to maintain the pool myself since it was more effort to have Positive Pool do it then it was worth. I haven't had a problem with the chlorinator since. Positive Pool was supposed to refund my last month payment, but never did. That was almost a year ago. I can say that if they caused an issue with my pool(which happened a few times), they did come out immediately and fix it.
